Home Inspector Kingston NYNick Wulczyn is the owner of Dream Home Inspections, LLC (NYS License #16000067175), the up and coming home inspection business of the greater Hudson Valley and surrounding areas.

Nick is a New York State Certified Home Inspector (NYS License #16000067175), who brings his 15+ years of experience in construction and retail to the home inspection industry.

He is a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, graduating from Rondout Valley High School in 2003. Nick went on to excel in many different areas and temporarily relocated to work with one of the biggest general contractors in the south. He came back to the Hudson Valley where he attended and graduated top of his class at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute.

Nick strives on giving his customers the best overall home inspection experience. Since it can be a somewhat stressful home buying process, he will be there every step of the way. Although there are many good home inspectors to choose from, he promises to educate and assist in any way possible, so that customers can rest assured they are making the best decision.

When Nick isn’t working, he is a dedicated husband and father and enjoys spending time with his family.
